Sirus Hood is a French artist. At age 10, his love for House Music was by his older friends, giving him mixtapes recorded in a legendary club in Algiers. A few years later, he moved to Paris and started his DJ career at 18 when he purchased his first vinyl turntables.
In 2022, Sirus Hood released his highly supported single “Trapped In” on The Martinez Brothers’ label Cuttin’ Headz, hitting chart summits. DJ residencies in Sankeys Ibiza, Eden Ibiza, Ministry Of Sound in London, Social Club then Showcase in Paris gave him a platform. They opened doors to wider audiences all around the globe.
In the summer of 2022, Sirus Hood launched with Manda Moor their successful event Mood Child at Hï Ibiza, #1 club in the world and are ready to expand their event in other cities worldwide followed by a new generation label that will be announced before the end of the year.

Tell us about your next EP?
Exclusive: It’s an EP called Homo Sapiens that I produced with Malikk. It’s gonna be out on my new label Mood Child at the end of the year. All the tracks are club/festival bangers. It’s gonna be on vinyl and digital.
What have you got coming up?
I’m launching with Manda Moor our label Mood Child. After successful Mood Child parties at Hï Ibiza this summer and after the success of Mood Edits, we decided to go a step further and release original music from us and from other artists. It’s very exciting because we will navigate through different moods and experiment with formats including limited vinyl, NFTs and exclusive experiences offered by the artists to our community.

The universe is not real, the physics Nobel prize winners proved it. So let’s make together the best of it, love and help each other, use our superpowers to create, have fun and not be scared of anything, especially if it’s not real.
