Mood Child, the imprint founded by Manda Moor and Sirus Hood, returns with Fonky Moods Vol. 2, a seven-track album built around infectious funky rhythms, rolling low-end, and vibrant, feel-good energy. Rooted in groove and guided by uplifting frequencies, the release is designed to keep bodies moving and spirits high from the first beat to the last.
Each track brings a distinct personality while sharing a warm, driving pulse that connects the release as a whole. Tight, modern production meets playful musicality, creating a cohesive journey shaped by positive vibrations, funk-driven swing, and irresistible dancefloor momentum.
Fonky Moods Vol. 2 sees the return of trusted Mood Child contributors Karretero and Marco Rubin, alongside a new wave of artists making their debut on the label. Blaise Bracic, GIOE (FR), Landis LaPace, Max Mash, and TimB3 each add their own flavor, expanding the sonic palette while staying true to the imprint’s groove-centered identity.
